First Words Daily ("we") is a parent-directed service. This policy explains what we collect and what we never do, in plain English, because you have enough to worry about.

What we collect

• From parents: your email address when you sign up, and your subscription status if you purchase Premium.
• About your child: nothing. We do not collect your child's name, photo, voice, birthdate, or any other personal information about your child on our servers. If you choose to enter a child's first name in the app, it is stored only on your own device and never sent to us.
• Practice progress: word-tracker counts and stage selections are stored against the parent account, with no child-identifying details.

What we never do

• No advertising of any kind, and no third-party ad networks.
• No third-party analytics trackers in the app.
• No selling, renting, or sharing your data with anyone, ever.
• No contact from us except the emails you asked for, and you can unsubscribe in one click.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

First Words Daily is designed for parents to use with their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Accounts are created by parents with a parent's email. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Payments

App subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details.

Email

Our email list is managed through Brevo. We send at most about one email per week. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works instantly.

Your rights

Email us any time to see, correct, or delete the data we hold for you. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days.
